I wear many hats: certified life coach, inspirational speaker, author, and award-winning screenwriter and director. But at the heart of it all, I am a soul guide—a woman deeply committed to guiding others uncover the magic in their soul and use it to thrive in every area of their life.
Through my coaching and creative work, I guide individuals to uncover the essence of their story by identifying patterns and themes, embracing healing, and discovering how their life experiences, talents, and passions, skills, and identity fit together like pieces of a puzzle. Together, we craft a vision for their life that is not just whole, but profoundly fulfilling.
As an African-Australian, my life has been a rich tapestry of challenges, resilience, and self-discovery. Navigating identity and purpose in a world that often fails to see the depth of my story has taught me two profound truth:
1. Our lived experiences are powerful teachers.
2. The gifts we carry within us are meant to be shared.
Every hardship I’ve faced—combined with my innate soul gifts—has led me to where I am today: awake to my spiritual self, deeply aligned with my calling, and living a life of peace, love, and meaning. This wisdom, born from my own journey, is what I bring to every client I work with.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Screen Production and Journalism and Honours in Media and Communication, storytelling has been the cornerstone of my career. From writing and directing internationally acclaimed films to authoring books like I’m Not a Nurse and The One, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of story.
But storytelling is not just about the narratives we consume—it’s about the narrative we live. My mission is to empower you to uncover the true voice embedded within you’re the narrative that shaped you. Your life is a unique puzzle, with pieces shaped by your experiences, passion, talents, even your quirks—they’re all connected. I’ve experienced the unimaginable joy and peace that comes from awakening to my spiritual self. These awakening fuels everything I do, and it’s my deepest calling to share this wisdom with others. My clients—my “soul tribe”—are living proof of the power of this transformation.

‘Before I Go’ is a dramedy that follows the journey of a young African Australian woman as she races against time to fulfil her lifelong dream of securing an Australian visa for her family back. Diagnosed with cancer and given just 12 months to live, she embarks on a poignant quest filled with hope, love, and determination.
